นัตสึเมะขอขอบคุณผู้เข้าร่วมงานทุกๆท่าน ที่ให้ความสนใจงาน CosNatsu 4 ทั้งนี้ เพื่อความความสงบเรียบร้อยและเป็นการรักษาภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีของสังคม Cosplay ทางทีมงานจึงขอความร่วมมือให้ผู้ร่วมงานทุกท่านปฏิบัติตามกฏของผู้เข้าร่วมงานตามหัวข้อดังนี้ค่ะ

สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วมทุกคน

• • โปรดปฏิบัติตามมารยาทขั้นพื้นฐาน
  • ขอความร่วมมือสวมสายรัดข้อมือของงานตลอดเวลาที่อยู่ภายในงาน หากชำรุด หรือทำหาย ท่านจะต้องซื้อบัตรเข้าร่วมงานไหม่
  • ห้ามนำสัตว์เลี้ยงเข้ามาภายในสถานที่จัดงาน
  • ห้ามก่อความไม่สงบ หรือทะเลาะวิวาทภายในงาน
  • ห้ามนำอาวุธ สิ่งของมีคมหรือวัตถุที่ก่อให้เกิดอันตรายต่อผู้อื่น เข้ามาในบริเวณงาน
  • ห้ามดื่มสุราหรือของมึนเมาทุกชนิดภายในบริเวณงาน
  • การสูบบุหรี่ต้องสูบในพื้นที่ที่มีการจัดไว้ให้สำหรับสูบบุหรี่เท่านั้น
  • โปรดรักษาสิ่งของมีค่าของท่านเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการสูญหายโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ
  • กรุณารักษาความสะอาด โดยขอความร่วมมือทิ้งขยะในถังที่ได้จัดไว้ให้ในบริเวณงาน
  • ห้ามจัดกิจกรรมที่ก่อให้เกิดความไม่สบายใจแก่ผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่นทุกกรณี รวมถึงการกระทำซึ่งแสดงออกถึงความรุนแรง ไม่ว่าท่าทางหรือการกระทำนั้นๆจะมาจากการเลียนแบบต้นแบบหรือไม่ก็ตาม (Roleplay)
  • ห้ามนำสิ่งของติดไฟ ดินปืน พลุ ประทัด ดอกไม้ไฟ หรือสารเคมีใดๆที่ก่อให้เกิดการติดไฟ ซึ่งจะเป็นอันตรายต่อความปลอดภัยของสถานที่ และผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่น
  • ห้ามจัดกิจกรรม หรือกระทำการใดๆซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายแก่สถานที่ และ/หรือการจัดงาน
  • เพื่อความปลอดภัย ขอความกรุณาไม่วิ่ง ดัน หรือ จัดกิจกรรมซึ่งมีลักษณะกีดขวางพื้นที่ส่วนกลางและทางเดิน
  • กรุณางดส่งเสียงดังในสถานที่จัดงาน หรือการใช้เครื่องดนตรีขนาดใหญ่ เครื่องขยายเสียง เครื่องเสียง และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่เป็นการรบกวนผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่น
  • โปรดให้ความร่วมมือแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ในการขอตรวจสอบสัมภาระหรือตอบคำถามที่เกี่ยวข้องกับความปลอดภัย
  • หากท่านพบพฤติกรรมที่ส่อไปในทางล่วงละเมิดผู้อื่นในเชิงลามกอนาจารหรือการกระทำที่มีผลร้ายแรงต่อร่างกายและจิตใจของผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่น, ความปลอดภัยของงาน หรือสร้างความเสียหายต่อสถานที่ ผู้จัดงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ที่เชิญออกภายนอกงานทันที
  • หากเกิดปัญหาหรือข้อสงสัย โปรดติดต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของงาน
  • ข้อพิพาทใดๆที่เกิดขึ้น การตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุดไม่มีข้อโต้แย้งใดๆทั้งสิ้น

การแต่งตัว

การนำพร็อพเข้างาน

• • เนื่องจากข้อกำหนดของสถานที่จัดงาน ห้ามนำพร็อพอาวุธจำพวกยุทโธปกรณ์ที่มีรูปร่างเสมือนจริงหรือมีความสมจริง เข้ามาภายในบริเวณงานโดยเด็ดขาด ยกเว้นพร็อพที่เป็นวัสดุโฟมยาง ซึ่งไม่ก่อให้เกิดความเข้าใจผิดแก่บุคคลทั่วไป
  • ห้ามนำพร็อพประกอบการคอสเพลย์ที่มีลักษณะเป็นของมีคม เข้ามาภายในบริเวณงาน ทั้งนี้ พร็อพที่มีลักษณะเป็นอาวุธ จะต้องไม่ก่อให้เกิดอันตรายแก่สถานที่หรือสร้างความตื่นตระหนกแก่ผู้ร่วมงานท่านอื่น ขอความร่วมมือ Cosplayer ทุกท่านที่มีพร็อพ โปรดแสดงพร็อพให้เจ้าหน้าที่ตรวจสอบก่อนเข้างาน หากพิจารณาว่าไม่เหมาะสม ทางเจ้าหน้าที่จะขอเก็บพร็อพนั้นๆใว้ในระหว่างที่ท่านเข้าร่วมงาน และจะคืนให้หลังท่านออกจากงาน

• •  ช่างภาพที่ต้องการนำอุปกรณ์เสริม / ใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมภายในงาน โปรดอ่านกฏการใช้อุปกรณ์เสริมได้ที่ cosnatsu.com/cn4-photo-rules หรือคลิ๊กที่หัวข้อด้นบน
  • โปรดปฏิบัติตามมารยาทขั้นพื้นฐานที่สุดสำหรับการบันทึกภาพ เสียง หรือ วีดีโอ
  • ในการบันทึกภาพ เสียง หรือ วีดีโอ คอสเพลย์หรือบุคคลอื่น ต้องได้รับความยินยอมจากบุคคลนั้นๆก่อนทุกครั้ง
  • ห้ามบันทึกภาพ เสียง หรือ วีดีโอ ที่มีผู้อื่นในลักษณะล่วงละเมิด หรือลามกอนาจาร
  • ไม่อนุญาตให้มีการมีการใช้โดรนในการบันทึกภาพ เสียง หรือ วีดีโอไม่ว่าในกรณีใดก็ตาม
  • เพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงความแออัดและลดการกีดขวางทางเดินใน Exhibition Hall ขอความร่วมมืองดบันทึกภาพ เสียง หรือ วีดีโอ ที่เป็นกิจลักษณะ บริเวณทางเดินใน Exhibitor Area (ยกเว้นการถ่ายรูปผ่านกล้องโทรศัพท์ และการถ่ายรูปประเภทเชกิ ซึ่งเป็นกิจกรรมของผู้ออกบูธ)
  • ในการวางอุปกรณ์ถ่ายภาพต้องไม่กีดขวางทางสัญจรภายในงาน
  • เพื่อสังคมที่ดีโปรดเอื้อเฟื้อเผื่อแผ่ มีน้ำใจให้กับ ช่างภาพท่านอื่นๆ

Event Rules and Regulations for All Attendees

Natsume would like to sincerely thank all participants for their interest in CosNatsu 4. In order to maintain order and uphold a positive image of the cosplay community, we kindly ask for the cooperation of all attendees in following the event rules and regulations outlined below:

For All Participants

• • Please observe basic manners and courtesy.
  • Kindly wear the event wristband at all times while inside the event venue. If the wristband is damaged or lost, you will be required to purchase a new admission ticket.
  • No pets are allowed within the event venue.
  • Do not cause disturbances or engage in fights within the event.
  • Weapons, sharp objects, or any items that may cause harm to others are strictly prohibited.
  • The consumption of alcoholic beverages or any intoxicating substances is strictly prohibited within the event area.
  • Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
  • Please take care of your personal belongings to avoid accidental loss.
  • Help us maintain cleanliness by disposing of trash in the bins provided throughout the venue.
  • Do not engage in any activities that may cause discomfort or distress to other attendees, including violent expressions, whether or not such actions are part of a roleplay.
  • Flammable items, gunpowder, fireworks, firecrackers, sparklers, or any chemical substances that may cause fire hazards are strictly prohibited as they pose a danger to the venue and other attendees.
  • Do not conduct any activities or take any actions that may cause damage to the venue and/or the event.
  • For safety reasons, please refrain from running, pushing, or organizing activities that may obstruct public spaces and walkways.
  • Please avoid making loud noises, playing large musical instruments, using amplifiers, sound systems, or any equipment that may disturb other attendees.
  • Kindly cooperate with event staff if requested to inspect your belongings or to answer questions related to safety and security.
  • If you witness any behavior that may involve harassment, obscenity, or any actions that could cause serious physical or emotional harm to other attendees, jeopardize the event’s safety, or damage the venue, the organizer reserves the right to immediately remove the offending individual(s) from the event.
  • If you encounter any issues or have any questions, please contact the event staff.
  • In the case of any disputes or conflicts, the decision made by the event staff shall be final and binding without exception.

Costume Guidelines

Cosplay Prop Policy

• • Due to venue regulations, it is strictly prohibited to bring any weapon-like props that are realistic or resemble real military equipment into the event area.
  • Only foam or soft material props that do not cause misunderstanding or concern to the general public are allowed.
  • Bringing sharp or pointed cosplay props into the venue is strictly prohibited. Any prop resembling a weapon must not cause danger to the venue, staff, or other attendees, nor create panic or distress.
  • All Cosplayers who bring props to the event are kindly requested to present their props for inspection by staff before entering the venue.
  • If the prop is deemed inappropriate, the staff reserves the right to withhold the prop during the event and return it after you leave the premise

Rules and Regulations for Photographers

• • Photographers who wish to bring or use additional equipment in the event area are required to read the equipment usage policy at cosnatsu.com/cn4-photo-rules or click on the topic above.
  • Please maintain basic courtesy when taking photos, videos, or audio recordings.
  • Consent is required before photographing, recording video, or audio of any cosplayer or individual.
  • Recording or photographing others in a harassing or obscene manner is strictly prohibited.
  • The use of drones for photography, video, or audio recording is strictly prohibited under all circumstances.
  • To avoid congestion and ensure smooth traffic flow in the Exhibition Hall, please refrain from engaging in formal photography, videography, or recording activities in the Exhibitor Area walkways. (Mobile phone photos and “cheki” activities organized by exhibitors are exempted.)
  • Any photography equipment placed within the venue must not obstruct pathways.
  • Please be considerate and cooperative with other photographers to help foster a positive community atmosphere.
