กฏและข้อตกลงสำหรับการออกบูธในงาน CosNatsu Xmas (2025)

ส่วนประเภทบูธ

1.บูธประเภท Regular จะต้องเป็นสินค้าหรือกิจกรรมที่จัดทำขึ้นเอง ไม่ได้เป็นการผลิตเพื่อจัดจำหน่ายแบบจำนวนมาก (Mass Production) หรือมีการทำเป็นกิจจะลักษณะ ซึ่งสินค้าหรือบริการมีความเกี่ยวข้องตามประเภทดังต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

1.1) ประเภท Cosplayer สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

    • สินค้า Photoset, Cheki, Fansign, Poster สำหรับ Cosplayer
    • กิจกรรมสุ่มโดยมีของรางวัลเป็นสินค้าดังกล่าว

1.2) ประเภท Art – Creator สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

    • สินค้าทำมือ (Handmade)
    • ผลงานรูปวาด, Fanart
    • โดจิน

1.3) ประเภท Performance สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้เท่านั้น

    • สินค้าและกิจกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้องกับ VTUBER , Idol Group, วง Cover, Streamer รวมถึงกิจกรรมพบปะกับแฟนคลับ

          ผู้ออกบูธประเภท Regular จะได้รับสิทธิ์การออกบูธและอุปกรณ์ดังรายการต่อไปนี้

  • โต๊ะขนาดกว้างคูณยาวอยู่ที่ 75 cm X 180 cm จำนวน 1 โต๊ะ พร้อมผ้าคลุม
  • เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว
  • บัตรคล้องคอเข้างานในฐานะ Exhibitor จำนวน 2 ท่าน
  • ไม่มีบริการกระแสไฟฟ้า (ไม่สามารถซื้อเพิ่มเติมได้)
  • ท่านต้องการจำหน่ายสินค้าซึ่งจัดอยู่ในประเภท Business ท่านสามารถอัพเกรดเป็นประเภทบูธเป็น Business ได้ในราคา 2000 บาท

บูธประเภท Regular และ Business จะมีลักษณะ (สิ่งที่ได้) เหมือนกัน ต่างกันเฉพาะชนิดของสินค้าที่นำมาจำหน่ายได้ โดยบูธประเภท Regular อนุญาตให้จัดแสดง/ขายสินค้าตามข้อกำหนดข้างต้น (ข้อ 1.) เท่านั้น หากท่านต้องการจัดแสดง/ขายสินค้าจำพวกที่เข้าข่าย Business ท่านจะต้องลงทะเบียนบูธประเภท Business เท่านั้น

2.บูธประเภท Business และ Business + คือ บูธสำหรับผู้ออกบูธที่มีการขายสินค้าจำนวนมากและเป็นกิจจะลักษณะ หรือสินค้าประเภทดังต่อไปนี้

2.1) ประเภท Official Merchandise สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้

    • สินค้าหรือกิจกรรมของ VTUBER , Idol Group, Streamer ในลักษณะค่าย , หรือมีต้นสังกัด

2.2) ประเภท Anime Goods สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้

    • หนังสือ, สิ่งพิมพ์, ของสะสม ที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ถูกต้องจากสำนักพิมพ์ หรือ ต้นสังกัดต่างๆ
    •  สินค้าประเภท Model, Figure, Figma, Nendoroid, Doll, Art Toy

2.3) ประเภท Cosplay Goods สำหรับสินค้าประเภทต่อไปนี้

    • ชุดคอสเพลย์ และ บริการเช่าชุดคอสเพลย์
    • วิกผม เครื่องสำอางค์ คอนแท็คเลนส์ พร๊อพ และอุปกรณ์เสริมสำหรับคอสเพลย์

          สำหรับบริษัท แบรนด์ หรือผลิตภัณฑ์ต่าง ๆ ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมออกบูธภายในงาน โปรดติดต่อทีมงานที่ [email protected] หรือ Facebook : CosNatsu

  • หมายเหตุ : ทางงานงดรับบูธประเภทอาหารและเครื่องดื่มสำหรับการจองบูธปกติในงานครั้งนี้ ต้องขออภัยและขอขอบคุณทุกท่านที่ให้ความสนใจค่ะ

ผู้ออกบูธประเภท Business จะได้รับสิทธิ์การออกบูธและอุปกรณ์ดังรายการต่อไปนี้

    • โต๊ะขนาดกว้างคูณยาวอยู่ที่ 75 cm X 180 cm จำนวน 1 โต๊ะ พร้อมผ้าคลุม
    • เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว
    • บัตรคล้องคอเข้างานในฐานะ Exhibitor จำนวน 2 ท่าน
    • ไม่มีบริการกระแสไฟฟ้า (ไม่สามารถซื้อเพิ่มเติมได้)

ผู้ออกบูธประเภท Business + จะได้รับสิทธิ์การออกบูธและอุปกรณ์ดังรายการต่อไปนี้

    • พื้นที่ออกบูธกว้างคูณยาวขนาด 3×3 เมตร
    • โต๊ะขนาดกว้างคูณยาวอยู่ที่ 120×75 cm หรือ 150×75 cm หรือ 180×75 จำนวน 1 โต๊ะ พร้อมผ้าคลุม สามารถเลือกรับหรือไม่รับก็ได้ สามารถเลือกขนาดได้
    • เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว สามารถรับเลือกรับหรือไม่รับก็ได้
    • บัตรคล้องคอเข้างานในฐานะ Exhibitor จำนวน 2 ท่าน
    • ไม่มีบริการกระแสไฟฟ้า (ไม่สามารถซื้อเพิ่มเติมได้)

3.บูธประเภท Studio คือบูธสำหรับช่างภาพหรือสตูดิโอ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบริการการถ่ายภาพเท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้จำหน่ายสินค้าทุกกรณี
ผู้ออกบูธประเภท Studio จะได้รับสิทธิ์การออกบูธและอุปกรณ์ดังรายการต่อไปนี้

    • พื้นที่ออกบูธกว้างคูณยาวขนาด 4×4 เมตร
    • โต๊ะขนาดกว้างคูณยาวอยู่ที่ 120×75 cm หรือ 150×75 cm หรือ 180×75 จำนวน 1 โต๊ะ พร้อมผ้าคลุม สามารถรับเลือกรับหรือไม่รับก็ได้ สามารถเลือกขนาดได้
    • เก้าอี้ 2 ตัว สามารถรับเลือกรับหรือไม่รับก็ได้
    • บัตรคล้องคอเข้างานในฐานะ Exhibitor จำนวน 2 ท่าน
    • ไม่มีบริการกระแสไฟฟ้า (สามารถซื้อเพิ่มเติมได้ในราคา 700 บาท)
    • ราคา 2000 บาท/บูธ สามารถจองได้ 1 บูธ/ช่างภาพ/เพจ เท่านั้น

ส่วนกฏสำหรับการออกบูธ

4.ทางงานไม่อนุญาตให้จำหน่ายสินค้าที่มีเนื้อหาหรือลักษณะดังต่อไปนี้ ไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆก็ตาม

    • สินค้าที่ละเมิดลิขสิทธิ์ หรือ สินค้าที่ผิดกฏหมาย
    • สินค้าที่มีลิขสิทธิ์ถูกต้อง แต่สงวนสิทธิ์การขายเฉพาะตัวแทนที่ได้รับอนุญาตในประเทศไทยเท่านั้น
    • สินค้าลอกเลียนแบบ (Copycat)
    • สินค้าลามกอนาจารเด็ก
    • สินค้า Original ทุกประเภทที่ไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากเจ้าของผลงาน
    • สินค้าที่มีข้อกำหนดจากต้นสังกัดเช่น
      • ปรมาจารย์ลัทธิมาร
      • สวรรค์ประทานพร
      • Disney Twisted Wonderland
      • อื่นๆ ที่มีข้อกำหนดข้างต้น
    • สินค้าขนาดใหญ่ที่ยากต่อการเคลื่อนย้ายหรืออาจก่อให้เกิดความเสียหายต่อสถานที่
    • อาหารและเครื่องดื่ม ยกเว้นขนมและลูกอมที่อยู่ในบรรจุภัณฑ์ปิดมิดชิดโดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเป็นของกำนัลหรือรางวัลเท่านั้น (บังคับใช้เฉพาะบูธประเภท Regular, Business, Business+ และ Studio)

5.ผู้ออกบูธจะต้องจัดแสดง/จำหน่ายสินค้าหรือบริการตามประเภทที่ได้แจ้งใว้กับทางงานเท่านั้น โดยท่านสามารถจำหน่ายสินค้าหมวดอื่นๆร่วมด้วยได้ แต่อัตราส่วนของสินค้าในหมวดอื่นๆที่มาร่วมจำหน่ายจะต้องไม่เกิน 1/3 ของสินค้าทั้งหมด และผู้ออกบูธประเภท Business สามารถขายของที่จัดอยู่ในประเภท Regular ร่วมด้วยได้ แต่ผู้ออกบูธประเภท Regular จะไม่สามารถขายสินค้าที่จัดอยู่ในประเภท Business ได้เลย หากทางงานพบว่ามีการขายสินค้าผิดจากประเภทที่แจ้งใว้ตอนลงทะเบียน หรือมีสัดส่วนของของประเภทสินค้าไม่สัมพันธ์ประเภทสินค้าที่แจ้งใว้ตอนลงทะเบียน ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการขายสินค้าหรือบริการนั้นๆ ทันที

6.บูธประเภท Regular และ Business ผู้ออกบูธจะต้องแสดงสินค้าบนโต๊ะที่ทางงานได้จัดเตรียมใว้เท่านั้น ไม่อนุญาตให้จัดแสดงสินค้า นอกเหนือจากพื้นที่โต๊ะ ยกเว้นการตั้งแสตนดี้ สื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ ขาตั้งไฟขนาดเล็ก และสัมภาระส่วนตัว โดยจะต้องตั้งอยู่ภายในพื้นที่บูธของท่านเท่านั้น ทั้งนี้ การจัดวางสินค้า หรือ วัสดุในการตกแต่งบูธจะต้องไม่ กีดขวาง บดบัง รบกวน หรือก่อให้เกิดความเสียหาย แก่พื้นที่ส่วนกลาง หรือ บูธอื่นๆโดยรอบ

7. บูธประเภทโต๊ะ ที่มีความประสงค์วางสินค้าหน้าบูธ สามารถขยับโต๊ะถอยหลังเพื่อวางสินค้าบริเวณหน้าบูธได้ โดยอุปกรณ์ที่นำมาวางแสดงสินค้าจะต้องมีขนาดไม่เกิน 50 cm x 90 cm x 75 cm (WxLxH)  ทั้งนี้ในการขยับโต๊ะของท่าน ท่านจะต้องเว้นระยะหลังบูธให้เหลือพื้นที่แนวลึกอย่างน้อยครึ่งหนึ่งของพื้นที่ทั้งหมด (นับจากแนวโต๊ะเดิมก่อนขยับ) เพื่อให้ผู้ออกบูธท่านอื่นๆสามารถเดินผ่านได้อย่างสะดวก   

8 บูธประเภท Regular ที่มีความประสงค์ในการทำกิจกรรมบริเวณหน้าบูธ เช่น การถ่ายเชกิ การถ่ายภาพ 2shot อนุโลมให้ทำการขยับโต๊ะถอยหลังได้ (แต่ไม่สามารถวางสินค้าและสัมภาระนอกเหนือจากบนโต๊ะได้) แต่ท่านจะต้องเว้นระยะหลังบูธให้เหลือพื้นที่แนวลึกอย่างน้อยครึ่งหนึ่งของพื้นที่ทั้งหมด (นับจากแนวโต๊ะเดิมก่อนขยับ) เพื่อให้ผู้ออกบูธท่านอื่นๆสามารถเดินผ่านได้อย่างสะดวก

9.บัตรคล้องคอสำหรับ Exhibitor สงวนสิทธิ์เฉพาะผู้ออกบูธเท่านั้น โดยทางงานขอความร่วมมือให้ทำการคล้องบัตรนี้ตลอดการออกงาน ผู้ออกบูธไม่สามารถโอนสิทธิ์ให้ผู้อื่นนอกเหนือจากที่ได้ลงทะเบียนใว้กับงานได้ หากตรวจพบว่า มีการใช้บัตร Exhibitor โดยมิชอบไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆก็ตาม ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ระงับการใช้งานบัตร Exhibitor นั้นๆทันที 

10.เนื่องจากสินค้าที่เข้าข่ายเป็นสินค้าสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ หรือสินค้าเรท 18+ เป็นสินค้าที่ต้องควบคุมพิเศษ เพื่อความเหมาะสมทางทีมงานจึงออกข้อกำหนดเพิ่มเติม ดังนี้ 

10.1 บูธที่จะจัดจำหน่ายสินค้าที่เข้าข่ายเป็นสินค้าสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ (สินค้า 18+) จะต้องตอบคำถามเพิ่มเติมในระบบลงทะเบียน
10.2 เนื่องจากสถานที่จัดงานเป็นสถานที่ราชการ ห้ามผู้ออกบูธนำสินค้าที่เข้าข่ายเป็นสินค้าสำหรับผู้ใหญ่ (สินค้า 18+) มาจัดแสดงอย่างเปิดเผย รวมถึงการทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงสินค้าดังกล่าวภายในงาน

11.ห้ามผู้ออกบูธนำเครื่องมือหรืออุปกรณ์ซึ่งก่อให้เกิดความน่ารำคาญแก่ผู้ร่วมงานหรือผู้ออกบูธท่านอื่น มาใช้ในบริเวณบูธ ยกตัวอย่างเช่น เครื่องดนตรีขนาดใหญ่ แตร (ไม่รวมถึงกระดิ่ง) อุปกรณ์ที่ส่งเสียงดัง เครื่องหรือสเปรย์สร้างหมอกควัน เลเซอร์ และ วัตถุที่ทำให้เกิดกลิ่นไม่พึงประสงค์ 

12.ห้ามทำการเคลื่อนย้ายโต๊ะหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงผังการจัดโต๊ะภายในงาน รวมถึงห้ามผู้ออกบูธ สลับ แลกหรือเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งบูธโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาตจากทางทีมงาน หากผู้ออกบูธมีความประสงค์ที่จะขายต่อ (resell) หรือ โอนกรรมสิทธิ์การออกบูธให้ผู้อื่น ผู้ออกบูธจะต้องแจ้งให้ทางทีมงานทราบ

13.ผู้ออกบูธ Exhibitor ถือได้ว่าเป็นผู้เข้าร่วมงานท่านหนึ่ง นอกจากท่านจะต้องปฏิบัติตามกฏการออกบูธฉบับนี้แล้ว ท่านจะต้องปฎิบัติตามกฏในฐานะผู้เข้าร่วมงานด้วย ยกเว้นในกรณีที่กฏมีการให้เอกสิทธิ์ยกเว้นแก่ผู้ออกบูธใว้อย่างเฉพาะเจาะจง 

14.ผู้ออกบูธทุกท่านจะต้องเข้าเซ็ตอัพบูธให้เสร็จตามวันและเวลาที่กำหนดในคู่มือการออกบูธ

14.1 ผู้ออกบูธที่ไม่ได้เข้าเซ็ตอัพบูธภายในเวลา 13:00 น.ในวันงานและไม่ได้แจ้งทีมงานให้ทราบถึงเหตุผลในการเข้าจัดบูธล่าช้า จะถือว่าท่านสละสิทธิ์การออกบูธ ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการจัดการบูธ/พื้นที่บูธของท่านตามความเหมาะสม อย่างไรก็ตาม ท่านสามารถใช้สิทธิ์ในบัตร Exhibitor ในการเข้างานได้ตามปกติ 

14.2 ผู้ออกบูธจะต้องเข้าเซ็ตอัพบูธให้เสร็จตามเวลาที่กำหนดในคู่มือการออกบูธ เพื่อรับการตรวจสอบความพร้อมก่อนงานเปิดให้ผู้ร่วมงานเข้าชม 

14.3 ผู้ออกบูธที่เข้าเซ็ตอัพบูธในวันเซ็ตอัพแล้ว ในวันงานท่านจะต้องมาประจำที่บูธของท่านก่อนเวลาเริ่มงานอย่างน้อย 15 นาที เพื่อรับการตรวจสอบความพร้อม ก่อนงานเปิดให้ผู้ร่วมงานเข้าชม 

15.ในการรื้อถอนบูธ โปรดส่งคืนพื้นทีในสภาพเดิมจากที่ท่านได้รับ โดยท่านจะต้องนำขยะและวัสดุต่างๆที่หลงเหลือไปทิ้งด้วยตัวเองในที่ๆกำหนดไว้ในคู่มือ

16.หากผู้ออกบูธเจตนาละเมิดกฏหรือข้อตกลงนี้ ทางทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการระงับการออกบูธ หรือระงับการขายสินค้าบางรายการหรือทั้งหมด โดยทันที 

17.ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการเปลี่ยนแปลงตำแหน่งบูธเพื่อความเหมาะสม ณ สถานที่จริงโดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

18.ทีมงานขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการปรับปรุงกฏและข้อตกลงฉบับนี้ให้ทันต่อสถานการณ์ปัจจุบัน โดยไม่ต้องแจ้งให้ทราบล่วงหน้า 

19.ข้อพิพาทเกิดที่อาจขึ้นไม่ว่ากรณีใดๆก็ตาม คำตัดสินของทีมงานถือเป็นที่สิ้นสุด 

Rules and Regulations for Booth Exhibition at CosNatsu Xmas (2025)

Booth Categories

1.Regular Booth must be for products or activities that are self-produced, not for mass production (Mass Production) or large-scale commercial purposes. Products or services must fall under the following categories only:

    1.1) Cosplayer Category for the following items only:

    • Photoset, Cheki, Fansign, Poster for Cosplayer
    • Lucky draw activities with these items as prizes

   1.2) Art – Creator Category for the following items only:  

    • Handmade products
    • Artworks, Fanart
    • Doujinshi

            1.3) Performance Category for the following items only:

    • Products and activities related to VTUBER, Idol Group, Cover Band, Streamer, including fan meet-and-greet activities

 Exhibitors of Regular Booths will receive the following entitlements:

    • One table (75 cm x 180 cm) with tablecloth
    • 2 chairs
    • 2 Exhibitor passes
    • No electricity provided (not available for purchase)

 If you wish to sell products that fall under the Business category, you may upgrade to a Business Booth for 2,000 THB.

 Regular and Business Booths have the same entitlements; the only difference is the type of products allowed. Regular Booths may only sell/display products as listed above (Section 1). If you wish to sell/display Business-category products, you must register as a Business Booth.

2. Business and Business+ Booths are for exhibitors selling in large quantities, commercially, or with the following types of products:                             

2.1) Official Merchandise for the following items:

    • Products or activities of VTUBER, Idol Group, Streamer under an agency or management                                                                                              

          2.2) Anime Goods for the following items:

    • Licensed books, printed matter, collectibles from publishers or licensors
    • Models, Figures, Figma, Nendoroid, Dolls, Art Toys

         2.3) Cosplay Goods for the following items:

    • Cosplay costumes and rental services
    • Wigs, cosmetics, contact lenses, props, and cosplay accessories

 Note: Food and beverage booths are not accepted for this event. We sincerely apologize and thank you for your understanding.

 Entitlements for Business Booth exhibitors:


 

    • One table (75 cm x 180 cm) with tablecloth
    • 2 chairs
    • 2 Exhibitor passes
    • No electricity provided (not available for purchase)

Entitlements for Business+ Booth exhibitors:

    • Booth area 3 m x 3 m
    • One table (120 x 75 cm, 150 x 75 cm, or 180 x 75 cm) with tablecloth (optional)
    • 2 chairs (optional)
    • 2 Exhibitor passes
    • No electricity provided (not available for purchase)

3. Studio Booth is for photographers or studios, exclusively for photography services. Product sales are not permitted.

 Exhibitors of Studio Booths will receive the following entitlements:

  • Booth area 4 m x 4 m
  • One table (120 x 75 cm, 150 x 75 cm, or 180 x 75 cm) with tablecloth (optional)
  • 2 chairs (optional)
  • 2 Exhibitor passes
  • Electricity available for an additional 700 THB
  • Price: 2,000 THB per booth (limited to 1 booth per photographer/page)

Booth Regulations

4. The following products are strictly prohibited under all circumstances

  • Copyright-infringing or illegal goods
  • Licensed goods that are restricted to authorized distributors in Thailand only
  • Counterfeit/Copycat goods
  • Child pornography materials
  • Original works sold without permission from the creator
  • Products restricted by licensors such as:
    • The Untamed (ปรมาจารย์ลัทธิมาร)
    • Heaven Official’s Blessing (สวรรค์ประทานพร)
    • Disney Twisted Wonderland
    • Others with similar restrictions
  • Oversized items that are difficult to transport or may cause damage to the venue
  • Food and beverages, except sealed snacks and candies intended as gifts or prizes only (applies to Regular, Business, Business+, and Studio Booths)

5. Exhibitors must display/sell products or services only as registered. Other product categories may be included but must not exceed one-third (1/3) of all items. Business Booth exhibitors may sell Regular-category products in addition, but Regular Booth exhibitors are not permitted to sell Business-category products. If the organizers find that products are sold outside the registered category, or if product ratios are not in accordance with the registered type, the organizers reserve the right to immediately suspend such sales or services.

6. Regular and Business Booth exhibitors must display products only on the table provided by the organizers. Displaying products outside the table area is not allowed, except for standees, promotional materials, small lighting stands, and personal belongings, which must remain within the booth area. Display arrangements must not block, obstruct, disturb, or cause damage to common areas or neighboring booths.

7. Table-type booths wishing to display items in front of the booth may move the table backward to create space. Display equipment placed in front must not exceed 50 cm x 90 cm x 75 cm (WxLxH). After moving the table, at least half of the booth depth (from the original table line) must remain clear to allow other exhibitors to pass conveniently.

8. Regular Booths wishing to conduct front-area activities, such as Cheki photo sessions or 2-shot photos, are permitted to move the table backward (but cannot place products or belongings outside of the table). At least half of the booth depth (from the original table line) must remain clear for passage.

9. Exhibitor passes are strictly reserved for registered exhibitors only. Passes must be worn throughout the event. Passes cannot be transferred to anyone outside of those registered. If unauthorized use of an Exhibitor pass is found, the organizers reserve the right to immediately revoke the pass.

10. Since adult (18+) products require special control, additional regulations apply:
 10.1 Booths selling adult products must answer additional questions in the registration system.
 10.2 As the venue is government property, it is strictly forbidden to openly display adult products or promote them through media within the event.

11. Exhibitors are prohibited from using tools or equipment that may disturb others, such as large musical instruments, horns (except bells), loud sound devices, smoke/fog machines, lasers, or items producing unpleasant odors.

12. Moving tables or altering booth layouts is not allowed. Exhibitors may not switch, trade, or change booth positions without permission from the organizers. If exhibitors wish to resell or transfer booth ownership, they must notify the organizers.

13. Exhibitors are also considered attendees of the event. In addition to these booth regulations, they must also follow the general attendee rules, unless specific exemptions are granted for exhibitors.

14. Exhibitors must complete booth setup within the date and time stated in the Exhibitor Handbook:
 14.1 Exhibitors who fail to set up by 13:00 on event day without notifying the organizers will forfeit their booth. The organizers reserve the right to reassign the booth/space as appropriate. Exhibitor passes will remain valid for entry.
 14.2 Booth setup must be completed within the time stated in the handbook for inspection before opening.
 14.3 Exhibitors who complete setup on the setup day must be at their booths at least 15 minutes before event opening for readiness inspection.

15. During teardown, exhibitors must return the booth area in its original condition. All waste and leftover materials must be disposed of in designated areas as stated in the Exhibitor Handbook.

16. If exhibitors deliberately violate these rules, the organizers reserve the right to suspend booth rights or prohibit the sale of certain products or all products immediately.

17. The organizers reserve the right to adjust booth positions at the venue for appropriateness without prior notice.

18. The organizers reserve the right to update these rules and regulations to fit current circumstances without prior notice.

19. In the event of any disputes, the decision of the organizers shall be final.
